Trouble sleeping ...

I don't know why, but I always end up staring at the ceiling for at least 15min before I finally fall asleep. I know I am tired, but once I switch of the lights and cuddle underneath my warm woolen blanket, my mind just starts thinking again.

What comes into my mind? Almost anything. I could be thinkin abt the pple I've just met the past wk, or my tutorial sessions, or the fact that my dad will be visiting me in a few month's time. I try to stop thinking, but my mind just seems so active at night, especially in the dark, when it is not preoccupied with finishing hw or chattin on msn.

I tot I found the solution - Don't think abt anything once lights go out. Take a deep breath, close my eyes and breath relaxingly... Used to work a few months ago when I was working in an admin job in a tuition centre. The job was quite repetative. So maybe that's why I got into the hang of start work, end work, have dinner, rest, go sleep. And the cycle would begin again and again.

Hoping that this entry would serve as a platform for all these tots to exit my mind. Like to deal with them, so they wouldn't keep coming back. I want my sleep, my precious, beauty sleep!!
